FAQ. Adding an answer, commenting

How to add an answer and comment in the application "Frequently Asked Questions" based on Bitrix24 from Novus-HCM.


When you click on "Reply", the following pop-up window will appear in which you can enter the answer to the question. Any employee can answer.





After the answer is entered, it appears in the question card and looks like this:




 

Commenting on the response


To do this, you need to actually click on the icon



A pop-up window will open to enter a comment:





You can discuss the work of applications in a specially created forum. Find the app you need, select your language and write a comment.

In the FAQ section you can find answers to frequently asked questions.

For any questions, you can also write to us via the feedback form.


If you notice an incorrect translation on our website or in our applications, please write to us about the error by email Info@novus-hcm.com with the application of a screenshot of the incorrect translation and the text with the correct translation
