This article describes the process of agreeing and approving an idea in the Idea Management application based on Bitrix 24 from Novus-HCM.
Coordination
By opening an idea card, Coordinator gets access to the following buttons:
Согласовать - доступно только согласующему, идея согласовывается данным сотрудником. При нажатии “Coordinate” function is available only to Coordinator. The idea is coordinated by a chosen employee. When clicked, an input field is displayed that is similar to pressing “Send back for revision” button.
When clicking “Send back for revision”, the following window is displayed:
The idea status is changed into “On approval” on the Top menu:
When coordinated by each of the Coordinators, the idea is sent to the approval stage. Only when coordinated by each of the Coordinators. Coordination process is concurrent or sequential depending on a mode selected when adding an idea.
When “On coordination” filter is chosen on the Top Menu, all ideas on coordination are displayed. The employees engaged in the coordination process are displayed in the idea field:
If any of the employees marks a lesson as coordinated, it is ticked with a check mark.
Once the lesson is marked as coordinated by all employees, it is not displayed with the said filter chosen.
Approval
”Approve” button is available to Approver on the menu:
Approval process is carried out similar to that of coordination.
